Standard
A holiday house usually differs quite a bit from your own home. The furniture
may be a mixture of old and modern. Pates, knives and forks don't always match.
Sometimes there are rather few closets and other storage facilities. Bedrooms
are usually small, sometimes without a door. Beds are sometimes of more simple
variety - if this is important for you, ask about the beds when you call for
your reservation! Note that a child is counted as one person when the number
of beds is specified in description - when cribs or cots are not specifically
mentioned. Don't forget to bring your own towels, bed linen and supplies.
Important
Extra facilities such as bikes and boats are not standard equipment, and we
therefore cannot guarantee their standard or condition. Water heaters sometimes
have a limited capacity, so you may have to wait for your shower, occasionally.
Pets
Since 1994, cats and dogs are allowed into Sweden if they have proof of vaccination. If you bring your dog or cat, or other pet, you must inform us when you book. Animals are not allowed in all our cottages. Allergics should note that none of our cottages has been decontaminated.
Garbage
For some time now, Sweden has applied garbage sorting. Please be careful about
what you put in the bin - it is emptied once every two weeks, so you may have
to leave some space for the next guest! Your landlord can tell you more about
where to leave your recyclable waste.

All distances are only approximate, not exact.
Nature
In summerhouse and its environment, you must always count on a certain occurrence
of mice, mosquitoes, wasps, flies and other insects. You may find the occasional
spider web in your house, and there may be ants on the grounds. The landlord
cannot be held responsible for such things. Should you notice any damage on
the house, call the landlord immediately so that he may take prompt action.
The landlord cannot be held responsible for things occurring outside his grounds.
Not included
All prices are exclusive of cancellation insurance (SEK 200:-) and the booking
fee that charged by some travel agencies to cover costs connected with your
reservation. Unforeseen VAT adjustments may affect our prices.
Cleaning
Cleaning is not included in the rent, which means that you must make sure to
leave the house well cleaned. Should this be neglected the house will be cleaned
at your expense.
Deposit
The owner reserves the right to demand a deposit of maximum SEK 500: - upon
your arrival. Such deposit will be refunded on your day of departure, on the
condition that you leave the house in good order.
Off season
During off-season, i.e. in weeks 1-24 and 36-52 several of our cottage may be
rented for a period shorter then a week - although minimum two nights.
How to book
1 Choose the cottage you would like to rent. It is always good to have one or
two alternatives, just in case!
2 Call, fax or send e-mail to our agency Sydkustens Stugförmedling, state
the correct reference number and the period for which would like to rent the
cottage.
3 As soon as your reservation has been registered, we send you a confirmation
and payment instruction by mail.
4 Please always make sure that the confirmation agrees with what you booked!
